Rocking Horse Ranch - El Cajon Pet Shelter

Rocking Horse Ranch

The Rocking Horse Ranch is a leader in providing quality mental health services, personal growth, teambuilding and leadership, and educational programs utilizing Equine-Assisted Learning and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Through interaction with trained therapeutic and equestrian counselors, using DSM-based interventions, educational components, and experiential opportunities, youth and adults can explore issues and learn new life skills. This experiential model allows clients to learn about themselves and others by participating in structured activities with the horses and then processing feelings, behaviors, and patters. The result in terms of clarity, retention, and application are exponential.
