Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue is a 501c3, Non-Profit Organization. We are funded entirely by donations and run by the hearts of our Volunteers who are dedicated to rescuing Boston Terriers from shelters and individuals and finding them permanent homes. We have no shelter, our rescued Bostons are fostered in our homes until they find their new loving, responsible, lifelong homes.
If you are interested in any of the Boston Terriers we have listed or wish to be considered for a future rescue you must Apply to Adopt. We do not allow visits with our dogs until you have been screened and approved to adopt, as our dogs are all fostered in private homes. Please do not email us about the individual dogs we have listed here as they are all in different fosters homes across the four states that we serve. If you are selected to adopt the dog you are interested in, you will be able to talk directly to the person who is fostering the rescue dog and they will be able to answer your questions. If at that time you decide this is not the rescue dog for you, you will be able to learn about the other rescue dogs we have available for placement. We ask for your understanding as we are all volunteers with full time jobs and families to care for. We rescue these dogs out of love for the breed. We just do not have time to answer each and every email. If you have already submitted an Adoption Application we thank you for your application and interest in Boston Terrier rescue. You will be contacted by email within approximately ten days of receipt of your application to let you know we have received and are processing it. We do take all applications seriously and will choose those who best meet the needs of the Boston Terriers we have in our rescue group. You will be notified within approximately 30 days whether you are approved to adopt or if we do not feel we have a match for your home or circumstances. Applications are kept on file for six months, so please feel free to re-submit after that time if you are still interested in adopting a Boston Terrier through rescue.
