Dog rescue is necessary in Texas and especially in the Dallas area. Our beautiful baby's come mostly from the Arlington, Tx shelter but we are not opposed to pulling from other kill shelters as well. The problem is there are too many dogs, not enough homes, not enough fosters, not enough time and too many irresponsible dog owners in and around this area. With education, the over population of dogs and cats could be cut down but not until people care to do something about it. We pull euthanasia list dogs and place them in great forever homes by listing them on our Facebook pages and taking them to our adoption events. If you are interested in one of our great dogs, please PM us here. We do home checks, vet references, applications and adoption contracts. We have a 2 week trial period and if, at that time, the adoption does not work out, we will come and get our baby and try again. Saving dogs is not only our passion it is our duty and honor. One dog at a time, we will try and save as many as we can.
1. Apply. If you would like to meet one of our rescue dogs, please fill out an application. Filling out an application does not commit you to adopt nor does it commit us to adopt to you. We are in search of the best fit for our rescue dog through our adoption process. 2. Review. Our adoption coordinator will check references and be in touch for the next steps. 3. Home Visit. Our BPR home visit team will contact you once your application is approved to move to the next step. We complete a virtual home visit first and during that home visit to meet in person and discuss all things pet. During the home visit, we look for potential hazards for the Dog that the adopter may not have considered. All household members must be present during the home visit. This includes all pets. 4. Meet and Greet. It’s time to meet your potential new furry family member. Your approved application will be passed on to your pups foster parents. They will contact to meet in a neutral location but we prefer that you plan to bring your pets and family to the foster family’s home. We find our rescue pups are much more comfortable being in the presence of their forster family.

We were the 5th couple that put a contract in on our home and we ended up with a home that faces the park, is a stones throw from the lake and is on
