Adoption Process

Request an application via email. Email the application; provide the name(s) and phone number(s) of the animal hospital(s) you've used in the last three years. Give that/those hospital(s) permission to talk to us for a reference. Agree to a home visit. If you are approved, we meet at PetSmart for you to pick up your new best friend. You receive the cat's medical record via email in PDF form and a coupon booklet from PetSmart.
