The Last Resort Rescue and Wildlife Refuge is dedicated to saving the lives of homeless, neglected, abandoned, and abused animals. Our mission is to rescue, rehab, and permanently re-home these animals. Additionally we rescue, rehabilitate and provide refuge for orphaned or injured wildlife at our 86 acre wildlife sanctuary, where they receive emergency medical care, round the clock nursing care, rehabilitation, enrichment and all the skills they need to be successfully released or reintroduced back to the wild. Our team of rescuers, vet techs, wildlife rehabilitators, trainers, foster homes and volunteers work tirelessly and diligently every day to bring these animals to safety and meet all their needs. Four million pets are euthanized in U.S. shelters each year! In other words, a homeless or unwanted animal is euthanized every 8 seconds in the United States. We are a small but determined army of animal lovers. We cannot do it alone. They need our help!!! And we need yours! Thank you for your support!
