Established in 2002 we are a 501-c non profit rescue shelter. SAVE takes unwanted, homeless and abandoned animals and provides them with medical care and a safe and nurturing environment until they find their forever homes.
All potential adopters must be 24 yrs old and complete an adoption application. All potential adopters must have a personal reference and Veterinarian reference. All potential adopters must be at their residence at least one year and be able to provide a lease or tax bill to show ownership or proof that rental allows pets. All potential adopters must agree to a home visit. All members of the household including spouse, significant other, friend, resident pets and children must be in agreement to adopt and be present at the home visit. Please note that we do not do out of state adoptions.
