Safe Harbor Sanctuary is a 100% volunteer-run, foster-farm based equine and large-animal rescue based in Middle Tennessee. Funded primarily by private donations from people like you, we complete full assessments of animals and provide training when needed to help ensure a lifetime home. We are passionate about horses, educating our communities, and making sure our animals find the right people. Animals in our organization are never subject to time limits or age limits.
We require an approved adoption application prior to scheduling a visit with the horse you are interested in. As a foster-based rescue, this is out of respect for our fosters’ privacy and time as well as yours.
