As a potential adopter, you must: Fill out an application in the Animal Shelter Office; Be at least 18 years of age; Have identification showing proof of your current residence; Have landlord's or property owner's permission to bring a dog or cat onto the property and to keep in your residence. The person filling out the application must be the potential adopter. We cannot guarantee the health and/or temperament of any animal. Leaving any questions blank or not being truthful on the application will result in a delay or refusal of your application. Please be certain that you have time to spend with your new pet, including the time for training (or re-training), and exercise. We hope you will agree that the animal's well-being is our first consideration. The shelter staff reserves the right to refuse any adoption. Thank you for considering one of our pets for adoption.
