MMAR strives to find forever homes for all of our animals. It is MMAR's policy to provide care and shelter for all animals to live out their lives at MMAR if they are not adopted. MMAR does euthanize upon the advice of our vet in cases of illness or severe injury or aggressive behavior. Since February of 2010, over 500 animals have been adopted. MMAR also works with transports to all parts of the country. We currently have adopted animals in 18 states. We have transported over 250 dogs and pups and kittens.
Morning Meadow tries to find the best homes for our animals. We have the right to refuse anyone adopting if we do not believe that it is in the best interest of our animal. MMAR requires that all cats and dogs be spayed/neutered and have all needed vaccinations. If a puppy or a kitten is adopted, the adopter agrees to have the animal spayed/neutered when the age of 16 weeks is reached. MMAR will provide all health and medical information available on any animal adopted. Once the animal has been adopted, it is the responsibility of the ADOPTER/OWNER for ALL VET COSTS IF THE ANIMAL SHOULD BECOME ILL AFTER LEAVING THE RESCUE. You must agree to provide vet care for your animal as well and be financially able to provide proper care. If you live in an apartment, you must have a written copy of landlord approval for the animal.
