Hard Luck Cats - Banning Pet Shelter

Fostering saves lives! If you don't want to (or can't) make a lifetime commitment to an animal, but would like to save a life, please consider becoming a foster home for a needy cat! We would love to be able to take in some of the animals at shelters when their time has run out & give them a second chance at a forever home. If you can help with this effort by making a donation, it would be greatly appreciated by all of us here at Hard Luck Cats, and most importantly, all of the needy & abandoned animals that we are trying to help. Food & cat litter donations are always welcome as well, send us an email and we will gladly arrange for a pick-up.

Adoption Process

We will bring the desired animal(s) to meet you (We don't mind the drive if it will result in a good home!), and if you would like to proceed, we have an application that needs to be filled out. We will review the application and do a basic home check to make sure everything is safe for the animal. Then you will sign an adoption contract, agreeing to care for the animal the rest of its life, feed it, get medical attention when necessary, etc. We request an adoption donation, which helps cover the animals intake Veterinarian visit, Spay/Neuter surgery, Vaccination(s), Deworming & Flea Treatment. If everything is approved & you are ready to care for the animal, we will leave the animal with you (if you are not ready at that time, other arrangements can be made). Congratulations! You have a new friend!
