We are a 501(c)3 corporation organized based out of West Palm Beach and run completely by volunteers who are dedicated to finding responsible, loving homes for racing greyhounds that no longer qualify to compete at the racetrack. As Greyhound Pet Adoption Florida/Southeast is an entirely volunteer organization, all funds received go to the care of the dogs, maintenance of the kennel, and events which promote greyhound adoption. Since we are a volunteer organization our continued existence depends on the support and generosity of people like you.
After we receive your application, we will contact you to set up a home visit. Home visits ensure that our dogs go to a suitable home. Currently, these are being done virtually. After your application is approved, we will contact you to setup an appointment at our kennel to meet the dogs! The adoption fee is $425, which is 100% used to cover the cost of vet expenses during intake. We accept the Cash, Check, or Zelle. We do not accept credit cards.
