Fur Angels Abroad is a Colorado Non Profit Corporation, founded in 2011. Fur Angels Abroad and its founder, has successfully provided permanent homes to many dogs and cats in desperate need. Fur Angels Abroad rescues underprivileged, abandoned, abused and disabled animals from the threat of euthanasia and poverty in the United States and across the globe and places them for adoption in loving homes. We provide spay/neuter and any medical treatment needed and assist with transportation to their new home. We also provide dog wheel chairs and other products needed for special needs animals. Since we are not a shelter facility, we work exclusively with permanent homes and on rare occasion, foster homes, to give homeless and often abused and disabled animals a second chance in life to enjoy a wonderful loving home and/or family environment, which we feel every animal deserves. Our organization is comprised entirely of volunteers. Fur Angels Abroad also holds animal educational events at schools and other venues providing humane education to children, for it is our belief that the future of animals are in the hands of today’s youth.
