Evidence of Love Animal Care is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to creating happiness in evidence animals living in city and county animal shelters by placing them with loving forever families. Evidence animals are a special group of animals that tend to get overlooked by the general public because they are not easily adoptable due to their legal situation. With the limited resources and finances that most animal shelters have, most evidence animals are impounded in their kennels with very little exercise, socialization and human affection over a prolonged period of time. Our primary goal is to get evidence dogs and cats out of the shelter environment and placed in a permanent or foster home as soon as possible. We accomplish this by providing adoption and foster services, shelter support services and creating community awareness of these animals. Whatever the circumstance involved with each evidence animal, we provide what is needed by the animal and shelter agency. This may include providing medical treatment, walking and socialization activities while being impounded at the shelter, special food, supplies and any other special needs the animals may have.
Once you have made a decision to adopt one of our animals, you may start the adoption process by completing the following steps. 1) Contact us to schedule an appointment to meet the animal 2) Complete an Adoption Application and Agreement 3) Schedule a home safety check with an Evidence of Love member. A home safety check is required to assure that the permanent home will be a safe and secure environment for the animal to live in.

It was a daunting task but we believe they have all finally been spayed/neutered and given proper veterinary care. I rescued and removed over 78. As long as there are no more kittens being born at this location, I can b
