The mission of Doodle Dandy Rescue is to rescue, rehabilitate & rehome Doodle dogs in crisis so that they are adoptable into safe and loving homes in Texas. For the safety or security of the dog all information on the applications is verified. A home visit or home visit video is required. A DDR adoption representative will contact the adopter to discuss the adoption process. Once you are selected you will be given the opportunity to meet the dog. The time and place will be determined case by case and at the foster’s convenience. After meeting the dog the adopter must request a contract from the DDR adoption representative within 24 hours. The adoption will be finalized once you have signed the adoption contract and provided the adoption donation. Once the adoption is complete, you will be provided all the medical and chip records. Adopting families will have access to an adoption follow-up team member. Once a dog is placed and in the new home all other applicants will be notified.
