1. Fill out the Adoption Application. List any dogs in which you are interested in order of preference. We receive many applications as soon as a dog is posted so please check our postings often. 2. Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 2 weeks, usually sooner. If your application is approved, you will be put in contact with the dog's foster parent to ask any questions you may have and to determine if the dog will be a good fit for your household. 3. If that ends on a positive note, the adoption will be finalized (contract executed and payment secured) and the dog will be scheduled for transport, if necessary. Transports are at least every 3 weeks and go as far north as Newtown, PA. We will be adding a stop in the vicinity of Chicago, ILL effective Dec. 7, 2019.
