COPE Rescue is no-kill, all volunteer, not-for-profit animal shelter established in 2003 in Joliet, Illinois. COPE is committed to rescuing abandoned and/or injured pets who are in need of forever homes. COPE is also dedicated to spaying and neutering as many cats as possible, providing the care for colonies of feral cats, removing non-feral strays from the streets and placing them into our adoption program whenever possible.
