Our organization is dedicated to giving all species of animals the proper treatment and love they deserve. We save animals directly from the streets, from high-risk neglect or abuse situations, and from local high-risk animal shelters; we place them into loving foster and permanent homes or care for them ourselves for the rest of their natural lives. All donations go directly to the care and keeping of our animals. As of 2018, we have rescued and placed over 300 animals into their furever families.
Email ChewsLifeDogRescue@gmail.com or contact us directly through our website for an adoption application on the animal(s) you are interested in adopting. After reviewing your application you will be notified if the application has been accepted or rejected. If your application is accepted we perform a home inspection and have you meet the animal you are interested in. Given that the home inspection passes you will begin a week long trial run with the animal and sign a trial run foster contract. At the end of the trial period if all goes well you will receive an adoption contract to sign, pay the $250 adoption fee, and we will give you all of the animal's paperwork and microchip information. The $250 adoption fee allows us to help the other animals in our care who are still looking for homes; it also enables us to save more animals from shelters or off of the streets. We reserve the right to deny any applicant at any point in time during the application process.

Road Dogs & Rescue rescues bulldog breeds, with our primary focus being complicated medical dogs, seniors and special needs puppies. They are the most likely to be euthanized. They are often dumped at shelters or abandoned at veterinary clinics. Some regard them as defective and shun them. We see them as just differently beautiful and differently abled and they deserve to live amazing lives!
