ABC Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no-kill rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption shelter for dogs and cats. Our admin staff is 100% volunteer-based. Every dollar donated goes to direct animal care and support. All of ABC’s funding comes from donations and grants.

Adoption Process

If you currently have pet(s) please DO NOT bring them with you during the first visit. Complete the adoption questionnaire at ABC or print and complete the adoption questionnaire and bring it with you to ABC. Complete an interview with staff members and schedule an introduction at the shelter. All persons and animals living in the home must be present during the introduction. Complete the adoption contract. Schedule a time with staff to pick up your new family member.
