West Valley Animals Services is dedicated to the care of companion animals in our community while providing quality public service and adoption outcomes. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership through education to the public while adhering to City ordinances, State laws, and enforcement, for the protection of citizens and animals. In addition, we are devoted to participating in community collaborations and offering outstanding humane education opportunities to further our goal of offering Hope, Service and Mercy to our community.
Our adoptions are done on a first come first served basis when the animal becomes available for adoption. The person wanting to adopt fills out an adoption application. The animal shelter staff will review the application and invite the potential adopter to do a meet-and-greet with the animal that they are interested in adopting if the potential adopter, as well as the shelter staff, have no concerns then the adoption contract can be completed.
