West Hancock Canine Rescue - Hamilton Pet Shelter

West Hancock Canine Rescue (WHCR) is an all volunteer non-profit dedicated to saving high-kill shelter dogs in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. Located in Hamilton, IL, WHCR works with a network of no-kill rescues to transport dogs weekly to safe shelters and foster homes. WHCR also sponsors a low cost spay/neuter program, and provides food for dogs in need.
