Unchaining Moore Dogs - Pinehurst Pet Shelter

We are community organizations dedicated to educating owners about the ramifications of chaining dogs. Many owners simply chain their dog because they are unaware of the danger or do not have the facilities to provide their dog a safe place to exercise unsupervised without being chained.
