Adoption Process

Fill out an adoption application, regardless if you wish to meet several animals. Once application is received, a matchmaker will contact you within 72 hours. Since we are a foster care program, a “meet & greet” will be scheduled. Complete the contract & pay fee. Vet records & microchip information will be emailed via our database program, Shelter Luv.

  • I tried to adopt but was turned down because a friend of mine gave me a dog and I don’t have any of the vet records for said animal and the shelter refused to let me adopt 3 puppies cuz I couldn’t give proof on the dog already in my home. I have adopted 4 dogs from 4 different shelters and was never asked for vet records of the current animals in my home. I would not adopt from them. They are horrible
