At Tri-County Animal Shelter, our goal is a zero-euthanasia standard. To help us achieve this goal, we depend on you, the public, to help by spaying and neutering your pets and by vaccinating your puppies and kittens. Spayed and neutered pets are less likely to fight and therefore less likely to contract common - but devastating - diseases that are spread through bites. Ask us about our competitive rates for vaccinations! If you are feeding the neighborhood stray cats, consider taking it one step further and also getting them spayed or neutered. THEY are not able to make the appointment; it's up to us, and you. We work with regional vet clinics in attempting to keep spay/neuter costs low.
