We are located in the back of Reflections of the Past, a vintage clothing boutique in downtown Whitewater, Wisconsin. Touched By A Paw, Inc is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care and sheltering of stray, neglected, and/or abused cats, with a strict no-kill policy. We are run entirely by volunteers, and sustained only through donations. We do not receive government funding. Our mission is to be a ministry to people through helping cats. We teach compassion and love through one of God's creations, whom he loved and created for our companionship.

Make sure that everyone who lives in your home agrees to bringing a new member into the family. If you rent, make sure your landlord has a pet policy that accepts cats. A home check may be required. Come visit us and discuss what sort of cat you are looking for. Not sure where to start? One of our adoption counselors can help you decide who is best for you. Once your application is approved, we will contact you and set up an adoption appointment. To finalize your adoption, we will explain our adoption policies, and discuss your cat's medical records.
