There's No Place Like Home - Phelan Pet Shelter

We take saving pets very seriously. We take in only a few pets at a time so that they can live in our home with us and we can learn as much as possible about them. In addition, we can also start house-training, obedience training and work on any unwanted behaviors we may find. These pets are our kids until they are placed in a perfect home, we do not rush to get them homes just so they are out of the way. We have the privilege to spend all the time necessary with each one so we in turn can tell you everything we know to ensure a happy match.
