The Cat's Voice WV, Inc. was created in December 2019 in recognition of the lack of resources for cats in the eastern panhandle region of West Virginia. The president and board members of The Cat's Voice WV came together to create an organization that would advocate for every cat that came into their care - even the sick, injured, and dying. Although we are a fledgling rescue organization, we collectively have decades of animal rescue experience and expertise that has given us the community support and local contacts we need to grow as an animal welfare organization.
