Sunset Park Cats operates with the primary mission of doing TNR to reduce and control the feral cat population on the streets of Sunset Park, Brooklyn, NYC. In doing TNR (trap, neuter, return) we sometimes find friendly cats and kittens who then need homes. We foster them, fully vet them, and commit to finding them great homes.
If you are interested in adopting one of our cats, please contact us and we will send you our adoption application. Once we receive your completed application, the next step is to set up a meet-and-greet. These days we are doing meet-and-greets via Zoom. If both parties feel that it is a good fit, the adoption moves forward. We have an adoption fee of $100 for an individual cat or $150 for a pair.
