Adoption Process

1. Complete an adoption application - you will receive an automated confirmation by email. 2. Our pets have placement profiles. If you application is consistent with that profile, we will contact you for an interview and potential ‘meet and greet’ with the cat or dog. 3. We recognize that not all placements are a good fit. SPOT’s policy includes a two week post adoption in home trial. If the pet is returned during that period the adoption proceeds will be refunded (all but $25/dog and $15/cat).
