RHR is a 501c3 non-profit all-volunteer rescue organization. RHR is a Durham area rescue/placement organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and careful rehoming of neglected, lost, surrendered, or otherwise homeless Rottweiler dogs in the central North Carolina region. RHR is also dedicated to preventing this by promoting responsible dog ownership regarding the proper care and training of Rottweilers.
The RHR adoption application is part of a multi-step process. Once we get your completed adoption application and the non-refundable $25 adoption application processing fee, the RHR Adoption Committee will contact your veterinarian and personal references. Meanwhile, a home visit with you and your family will be scheduled and completed before RHR can consider approval of the adoption application. Rottweiler Hearts Rescue reserves the right to deny any application for any reason.
