Rico Pet Recovery is a nonprofit group dedicated to lost pet recovery in the Central Ohio area. Through donations and our volunteer network, we have successfully trapped and returned hundreds of family pets to their homes, all at no cost to the pet owner. Some are lost from owners, but many are abandoned and scared, strayed, injured and forgotten. In many of the underprivileged counties we work, the shelters and rescues are over capacity, and funding for them is poor. We help as many as we can, from new born pups to seniors needing special care.
