Phase 1: Approval - 1. Fill out and complete an adoption application online. 2. Board receives, reviews, and responds to the application. 3. Schedule a home visit upon application approval. 4. If all goes well and home visit report is approved, move on to Phase 2. Phase 2: Mutual Selection - 1. Set up a meet and greets with family and resident animals. 2. Work with the Board to determine best fit, move on to Phase 3. Phase 3: Foster-to-Adopt Period - 1. Live with the dog chosen for two weeks. 2. Finalize adoption!
