Renegade Paws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) volunteer based organization dedicated to providing the highest level of care for unwanted, abused, or injured dogs in the Coastal Empire and surrounding areas.
1. Complete an online application via our website or for a specific dog using Petfinder. Completing the online application is the first step and does not obligate you in any way. 2. An adoption coordinator will contact you. Applications are regularly reviewed, but please allow up to one week for processing. 3. Once you have spoken to an adoption coordinator, we’ll call your veterinarian to ensure that your current/previous pets have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and well cared for. For renters, we’ll check with your landlord to verify applicable pet policies, and whether there are any size or breed restrictions. 4. If everything looks good and you want to process, we will arrange a Meet and Greet. We require adopters to meet our adoptable pets in person, and therefore prioritize applicants in the Savannah, GA area. 5. After a successful Meet and Greet, we will schedule a home visit.
