Refuge Rescue is a volunteer-based 501(c)3 charity and dog rescue group founded in August of 2015. We rescue dogs of all breeds and all ages. Our organization is located in Woodstock, Georgia and we adopt our dogs to pre-approved homes within a 50 mile radius of our rescue.
If you are interested in one of our dogs, please download the pdf application either below or from the page of the dog. NOTE: The application cannot be completed on a mobile device. Please download to your desktop to complete digitally or print to fill out manually. After filling out the application, SAVE it as a separate file with your name in the title and email the pdf as an attachment to: adoptions@refugerescue.org. All fields are required. Incomplete applications will be denied. Remember to SAVE the completed application before emailing to us! (You’d be surprised how many blank applications we receive!). For applications selected, a vet check will be done. You will hear back within approximately 10 days; or please assume your application was not selected. If the adoption is approved, we will finalize the adoption by completing the adoption contract. If you have any questions, please contact us here and we will get back with you.
