We are a small group of rescuers with a large amount of passion for dogs and cats!!! Our Mission: To promote animal welfare though public awareness, to act as a rescue screening and placement service for animals needing foster and adoptive homes from high-kill shelters and to act as a resource for other rescues, shelters and prospective adopters.
To be considered to adopt a dog through Reach Out Rescue & Resources, we do require that you submit an application online. Once we receive that, we will review and process and then set up a home visit. Once approved, we make the arrangements for you to meet, greet and adopt a dog or cat. The whole process generally takes one to two weeks. The person processing your application will be in touch with you during that time and available to answer questions. We encourage you to check on the process of your app if you do not have any communication.

Our mission is evolving: we are all about the dogs. Basically, in entirety, our purpose is to do good things for dogs. We aim to make a perilous situation, something wonderful, one dog at a time. We ask that you take the time to complete our application honestly and thoughtfully. We ask that, if you like our mission, and you find us worthy, you join our transport network to make future changes.
