We are a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible animal rescue organization whose mission is to save as many animals as possible. We work closely with Animal Services in Alachua and Bradford counties to reduce euthanasias at the county shelters.
The adoption process consists of these steps: Come see and interact with the pets and get to know the ones you are interested in. Our volunteers are always happy to tell you what they know about the animals. Complete an adoption application. You can fill one out onsite or do it here online. Meet with an adoption counsellor, who will help you determine if this is a good match for you, explain our policies, walk you through paperwork, and answer your questions. The adoption fee for most dogs is $160 - $200 and $25 - $75 for cats, but we do have sometimes have specials on certain animals. We can not take credit cards, so please bring cash or a check.
