Precious Pound Pups, Inc. is a foster based rescue. Our purpose is to rescue dogs/cats that are in danger of being euthanized at shelters, ensure that they receive appropriate veterinary care provided by a licensed veterinarian, promote, advertise and through a screening process place rescued animals in loving forever homes. We will also take in dogs/cats through an owner surrender program as an alternate to placing their dog in a public shelter. We will organize fundraising events and programs to aid in the administration of care, treatment, and rehabilitation. Provide workshops and events to educate and inform individuals in the community of the increasingly high number of unwanted pets, importance of spaying/neutering and the humane treatment of animals.
