The Pike County Animal Shelter has been open for 18 years. It has sheltered more than 48,000 animals in that time. We are a part of the Pike County Fiscal Court and are over seen by that governing body. We also work along with the Pike County Humane Society, a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with the shelter to improve the lives of animals in our county.
