PAPR is a small, volunteer- and foster-based pigeon rescue in North Central West Virginia. We work to rescue, rehabilitate, and release or adopt out both wild and domestic pigeons. Pigeons make amazing companion animals! Unfortunately, due to resource constraints, PAPR is only servicing the areas of West Virginia, Southwest Pennsylvania, and Western Maryland. All birds must be admitted by bringing to the above animal hospital so that they may be screened for disease before being placed in a foster home. Transportation is unavailable at this time.
