PETSinc was founded by Patricia McQueen and Jane Brundage in December, 1991 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill animal rescue organization serving the South Carolina’s Midlands. The volunteer-only operation was so successful that a small adoption center was opened in 1993 with our first full-time employees. By 1998, the operation was moved to our present 13-acre site.
