The purpose of POPP shall be to promote responsible pet ownership by educating the public regarding spaying and neutering their pets, spay/neuter assistance, and providing various methods of caring for and finding homes for feral, abandoned and/or homeless pets.
Adoption Process: 1. View our adoptable pets. 2. Complete a pre-adoption questionnaire online. 3. Speak to our adoption staff who will help you find the perfect match. 4. Visit with your four-legged match(es). 5. Complete the adoption paperwork. 6. Take your new companion to their new furever home!
