Pet Friends of Duplin County is an independent, non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. It was formed in April 2000 by a small group of county residents who care about companion pets and people. The human-animal bond is as old as recorded history. We cherish our animal companions for their unconditional affection and acceptance. The mission of Pet Friends of Duplin County (PFDC) is to promote the health, safety, and welfare of domestic companion animals in Duplin County. We have grown and made much progress since we first began two decades ago, but need your help to continue our service to our pet friends and our community. Together we can make a difference.
