Be it dogs, cats, iguanas, birds, or even prairie dogs, Kristy Wildman has always been an animal lover. Having worked for years as an administrator for an assisted living facility (her second biggest passion), Kristy decided to follow her dream of working with animals and founded Pawsitively Pampered Pets as her grooming and pet sitting business. In 2013, Scott and Kristy, with partners, opened Village Paws and Claws of Huntersville. At that time, Scott left his job in sales, and worked the retail side of the business. They have never been happier! In March 2016, they bought out their partners. Together, their passion is working with pets and educating their owners on nutrition and other needs as well as keeping their clients’ pets well-groomed. Kristy and Scott live in Lake Norman with their 12 dogs, all of whom are rescues, and are big advocates for pet rescue and adoption. Consistently recommended by area veterinarians, the dynamic duo is ready to answer your questions to help keep your pets healthy and happy for years to come! Kristy and Scott also offer pet-sitting services.
