PAWS stands for Pets Are Worth Saving. Our main goals are to provide quality care and shelter for as many homeless animals as resources permit. We endeavor to provide each animal with loving care, socialization, spay/neuter, vaccinations and other medical needs while in our care. Currently, we help dogs and cats, but hope to help other animals in the future. We work to secure permanent, loving, quality homes for the animals in our care. We do thorough background checks on anyone interested in adopting one of our rescue animals. Only responsible pet owners are encouraged to consider adopting from PAWS. We work to expose all adoptable animals to as many prospective families as possible through social media and community events. We hope to enhance the quality of life by fostering sentiments of kindness and compassion that result from pet ownership. We strive to educate the public about the plight of homeless animals and encourage responsible pet ownership.
