Our Mission: To rescue dogs from situations that are abusive, endangering, or neglectful. To educate and promote the importance of spaying/neutering of dogs. And to rescue dogs in danger of being euthanized. We are an all-volunteer organization. PPR was started to save those less than perfect dogs. The ones overlooked because they are not a puppy, a senior or a special case. These are the 'forgotten ones'. The ones we will save one dog at a time.
