Painted Hart’s Rescue is a sanctuary first and foremost for any horse. It is our passion and our mission to save any horse from abandonment, abuse, neglect, or slaughter & to provide them a safe space for healing and rehabilitation; space where they can feel safe and feel loved, some for the first time in their life. Our rescues come in all breeds and from all walks of life. It is always our goal to rehabilitate any medical issues and find our little LoveBugs a forever pasture to call their own. For those who are not able to be rehabilitated, we become their forever home and family, allowing them to live out their days as comfortably and for as long as they care to grace us with their presence.
