Operation Safe Canine Animal Rescue was founded with the belief that all dogs, of all breeds, need people that can give them a second chance, helping to find them the perfect forever home. Our volunteers are dedicated to providing these dogs a safe home, food, medical care, training and love...everything a dog needs to become a happy member of their new family.

Adoption Process

Each applicant will complete an Adoption Application, submitted to the rescue for review and approval. Once the initial application is reviewed & approved for processing, the applicant will be contacted for a home inspection. The final step is a meeting with the applicant and the dog of their interest.
