Operation Fancy Free - Evans Pet Shelter

Operation Fancy Free Inc. concentrates on the feral and stray cat populations in Jackson Co, WV. We also help with owned cats as we can. Our goal is to stop feline overpopulation. Since 2019 we also try to assist our sister WV counties of Roane and Mason when funds are available.
