Adoption Process

We request a standard adoption form and there is a donation/fee of $70 per cat/kitten. Adopted cats must be kept indoors and may not be declawed. For more information about declawing your cat, please read what we have to say about declawing. A pre-adoption home visit is required and follow-up phone calls and/or home visits are made to support a good match. If an adopted cat/kitten cannot be kept by the new owner, for whatever reason, it must be returned to One By One. Please note we will only consider out-of-state adoptions with a vet reference.
