Noah’s Ark Rescue, Inc is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the care of unwanted and abused animals found in the pounds, shelters, or relinquished from owners. We were originally founded in Ohio in 2013 by our president Sharon. Sharon has been rescuing animals for 25 years, and when she relocated to Florida, she knew her work in the rescue world was not done. While Sharon and her family are the immediate caregivers to most of the animals, we believe in a foster based style of rescue, and have a network of foster homes that help out on a case-by-case basis. We also have an amazing board of directors, who are 100% volunteers, and help to over see the daily operations of our organization. While we’re just getting starting in the Tampa Bay Area, our growing team has a great deal of experience and expertise when it comes to helping pets in need, and we know we’ll be able to grow and save many animals with their help, as well as the ongoing support of our community! We know every animal that comes to us is different, that’s why we adjust our process to ensure each pet gets the care it needs, and finds an amazing home that’s the best fit for them!
