We are an all-volunteer organization comprised of a "working" Board of Directors, several committees, and many hard-working, compassionate volunteers who see our vision closer to fruition with every passing day!! Founded on April 22, 2010, we are recognized as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an application. Please fill it out in its entirety and tell us as much about yourself as possible. The more info we get, the better we can match you with the right animal. We do reference checks with personal references (NOT RELATED TO APPLICANT), and vet references for currently or previously owned pets. We then do a home visit, usually the same time as the meet and greet.
